Ongoing support
Compliance assistance.
An on-call compliance line, scheduled mock inspections, and rapid response when a citation, a complaint or a deficiency notice arrives.
What is included
Support between engagements.
On-call compliance line
Direct access to a consultant for the questions that come up mid-clinic. A five-minute call frequently prevents a documented problem.
Scheduled mock inspections
An unannounced or scheduled walkthrough conducted exactly as an inspector would, with a written findings report and corrective action plan.
Rapid citation response
If a citation arrives you have fifteen working days to contest. We help you understand the finding, assemble abatement evidence and prepare for an informal conference.
Document upkeep
Annual review and revision of your written programmes so nothing lapses quietly between engagements.
Vendor and contract review
Medical waste, laundry, sterilisation and disposal contracts reviewed against what your practice actually generates. Savings frequently exceed our fee.
New-hire training
Training for staff who join mid-year, so the gap between hire date and the annual session does not become a finding.
If a citation arrives
What to do in the first week.
- 01
Read the abatement dates
Every citation item has a correction deadline. Failure to abate is assessed per day, which is how a modest citation becomes an expensive one.
- 02
Post the citation
Citations must be posted at or near the place of the violation for three working days or until corrected, whichever is longer.
- 03
Request an informal conference
Within the fifteen working day period. Many classifications and penalties are adjusted at this stage where genuine abatement can be shown.
- 04
Document the correction
Photographs, receipts, revised written programmes and training rosters. Abatement certification requires evidence, not assertion.
