Staff around a table during an on-site training session

On-site training

Safety training your staff will actually remember.

Interactive, on-site presentations built around your specialty — not a monotonous generic video played at lunchtime. Handouts and certificates of completion are provided for every attendee.

Our approach

Annual training is a legal requirement. It does not have to be wasted time.

The bloodborne pathogens standard requires training at initial assignment, annually thereafter, and whenever tasks change — delivered by someone knowledgeable in the subject matter and able to answer questions specific to your workplace. A recorded video alone does not satisfy the interactive requirement.

Our consultants deliver the session in your office, using your equipment, your layout and your procedures as the examples. We build in structured safety games and scenario exercises because staff retain what they participate in and forget what they watch.

Every session ends with an attendance roster, a signed agenda, handouts, and a certificate of completion for each attendee — the documentation you need on file the day an inspector arrives.

Session content

What a session covers.

Bloodborne pathogens

Transmission routes, your exposure control plan, engineering controls in your office, and exactly what to do in the first ten minutes after a needlestick.

Hazard communication

Reading a safety data sheet, GHS pictograms and signal words, secondary container labelling, and where your chemical inventory lives.

PPE in practice

Selection by task, correct donning and doffing sequence, the limitations of each item, and disposal. Practised, not described.

Emergency response

Evacuation routes from each area, alarm procedure, assembly point, extinguisher use, and who holds which responsibility.

Waste and disinfection

Regulated medical waste segregation, sharps container fill lines, contact times for your surface disinfectants, and spill response.

Workplace violence

De-escalation, environmental design, reporting, and the response protocol for an aggressive patient or visitor.

Equipped procedure room
Staff retain what they take part in, and forget what they watch.
